Features:

The LG announced a new smartphone named LG G3 S. It is available in three colors namely Shine Gold, Metallic Black and Silk White. This smartphone is comes with 4G.This smartphone comes with a Single SIM (Micro SIM).

DESIGN:

The IPS LCD Capacitive Touchscreen display of LG G3 S comes with 5.0 inch with 294 ppi pixel density and 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. This smartphone has dimensions of 137.7 x 69.6 x 10.3 mm and 134 g in weight. The IPS LCD display delivers a crystal clear picture. This display comes with two sensors namely Light sensor and Proximity sensor. This display of this device can reproduce up 16 million colors and this touchscreen display provides multi touch. This device comes with an attractive design with curved edges.

SOFTWARE FEATURES:

This smartphone runs with Android v 4.4.2 KitKat operating system and this gives better multitasking between different apps and Perform tasks using voice commands by saying “Okay Google. Some other important features are Photo viewer, Photo editor, Document viewer, Document editor and Active noise cancellation with dedicated mic. Some of the preinstalled applications in this smartphone are Google Plus, Maps, Play Books, Play Movies, Play Music, Play Store, YouTube, Google Settings, Search, Gmail,etc.

CAMERA:

The LG G3 S is powered by 8 MP Camera, by which we can take photos with more clarity. The camera features includes Auto focus, Geo tagging, High Dynamic Range mode, Face detection, Smile detection ,etc. With Auto focus, we can capture we focussed image. The High Dynamic Range (HDR) provides a brighter counter light , when photos are taken in shaded region. The 8 MP primary Camera is capable of taking video at HD 1080P @30 fps. The primary camera can produce clear and stunning pictures with a resolution of 3264 x 2448 pixels. The secondary camera comes with 1.3 MP and is capable of recording video at 1080p. The primary camera comes with LED flash, while the secondary camera not. Hence, with this 1.3MP camera we can take beautiful selfies. Digital Zoom option is available in the primary camera of this device.

HARDWARE :

The LG G3 S is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Chip. The 1.2 GHZ Quad Core Processor of this device gives a smooth experience. The graphics and picture quality of this device is enhanced with Adreno 305 Graphics processor .This phone comes with 1 GB and the internal memory is available in 8 GB. With this 1 GB we can able to play any HD games without any loss in frame rate in the display screen. The storage can be extended up to 64 GB through the microSD card slot. With this 64 GB of expandable storage we can able to install and download lots of app data, movies, pictures, music files, etc. The LG G3 S is Accelerometer, compass and Proximity sensor. This device has a larger Li-ion 2540 mAh battery and this provides a standby time Up to 700 h (2G) / Up to 750 h (3G) and talktime Up to 16 h (2G) / Up to 15 h (3G). This battery is user replaceable. It comes with 3.5 mm ear jack.

CONNECTIVIY

This device comes with Bluetooth 4.0 and this provides a faster file transfer. It has micro USB v 2.0 and it provides file transfer to PC via data cable and also it provides USB charging. With USB Tethering in this device, we can enable internet in PC from this device via USB data cable. It has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity and it is also having Wi-Fi Direct which enables devices to connect easily with one another for everything from file transfer to Internet connectivity. Infrared port is not available in this device. NFC(Near-field communication) which provides faster file transfer is available in this device. It gives high speed internet in both 3G and 4G. It has A-GPS(Global Positioning System) and GLONASS which provides navigation system based on satellite that provides time information and whether condition based on different location.

MULTIMEDIA

This device supports voice calling and also it supports video calling which provides face to face interaction with the help of secondary camera. The browser installed in this device supports HTML5.
