The SONY announced a new smartphone named SONY Xperia Z2a. It is available in three colors namely Black, Purple and White. This smartphone is available in 4G.This smartphone comes with a Single SIM (Micro SIM). This phone comes with dust and water proof (IP58 certified)

DESIGN:

The Full HD TRILUMINOS Capacitive Touchscreen display of SONY Xperia Z2a comes with 5.0 inch with 441 ppi pixel density and 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. This smartphone has dimensions of 137 x 72 x 11 mm and 163 g in weight. The Full HD TRILUMINOS display delivers a crystal clear picture. This display comes with two sensors namely Light sensor and Proximity sensor. This display of this device can reproduce up 16 million colors and this touchscreen display provides multi touch up to ten fingers. This device comes with an attractive design with curved edges. The display is well protected with Shatter proof glass.

HARDWARE :

The SONY Xperia Z2a is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Chip. The 2.3 GHZ Quad Core Processor of this device gives a smooth experience. The graphics and picture quality of this device is enhanced with Adreno 330 Graphics processor. This phone comes with 3 GB RAM and the internal memory is available in 16 GB. With this 3 GB RAM we can able to play any HD games without any loss in frame rate in the display screen. The storage can be extended up to 128 GB through the microSD card slot. With this 128 GB of expandable storage we can able to install and download lots of app data, movies, pictures, music files, etc. The SONY Xperia Z2a is gyro, proximity, compass, barometer , Accelerometer and Ambient Light Sensor. This device has a larger Li-ion 3000 mAh battery talk time Up to 13 h (2G) / Up to 19 h (3G), standby time Up to 700 h (2G) / Up to 770 h (3G) and Audio playback time up to 120 hours. The battery is not removable. FM Radio is available with this device. It comes with 3.5 mm ear jack.

CAMERA:

The SONY Xperia Z2a is powered by 20.7 MP Camera, by which we can take photos with more clarity. The camera features includes Auto focus,Geo-tagging , touch focus, image stabilization, HDR, face detection, panorama, CMOS image sensor, White balance presets, Burst mode. The High Dynamic Range (HDR) provides a brighter counter light ,when photos are taken in shaded region. The 20.7 MP primary Camera is capable of taking video at 2160p@30fps, 1080p@60fps, 720p@120fps. All the images captured are stored in JPEG format. The video recording formats are 3GPP, MP4. The video recording features are High Dynamic Range mode, Video stabilization. The primary camera can produce clear and stunning pictures with a resolution of 5248 х 3936 pixels. The secondary camera comes with 0.3 MP and is capable of recording video. The primary camera comes with LED flash, while the secondary camera not. 16 X Digital Zoom option is available in the primary camera of this device.

SOFTWARE FEATURES:

This smartphone runs with Android v 4.4.2 KitKat operating system and this gives better multitasking between different apps and Perform tasks using voice commands by saying “Okay Google. Some other important features are Photo viewer,Photo editor and Active noise cancellation with dedicated mic. Some of the preinstalled applications in this smartphone are Google Search, Voice Search, Google Play , YouTube, Calendar , Google Talk, Maps, Gmail,etc.

CONNECTIVIY

This device comes with Bluetooth 4.0 and this provides a faster file transfer. It has micro USB v 2.0 and it provides file transfer to PC via data cable and also it provides USB charging. With USB Tethering in this device, we can enable internet in PC from this device via USB data cable. It has Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac connectivity and it is also having Wi-Fi Direct which enables devices to connect easily with one another for everything from file transfer to Internet connectivity. Infrared port is not available in this device. NFC(Near-field communication) which provides faster file transfer is available in this device. It gives high speed internet in both 4G. It has A-GPS(Global Positioning System) and GLONASS which provides navigation system based on satellite that provides time information and whether condition based on different location. The screen mirroring feature in this device allows us to mirror our phone's screen onto the TVs screen wirelessly

MULTIMEDIA

This video playing formats supported in this device are 3GPP, XVID, MOV MP4, MKV, AVI and audio playing formats supported MP3, SMF, WAV, 3GPP, MP4, OTA, Ogg vorbis. This device supports voice calling and also it supports video calling which provides face to face interaction with the help of secondary camera. The browser installed in this device supports HTML5.
